Rugby Borough Council need to be advised no later than 7 days before the event as per the conditions of our premises license.

Plastic Glasses will be needed

Catering - Hot Dogs £3.50, Burgers £4.00 chips £2.50 - approx 80-100

Mini torches - £1 ( do we buy and sell for £2)
