Hole 9

Par 3 Yds 235 S.I 4
Par 3 Yds 223 S.I 4
Par 4 Yds 215 S.I 18

Hole Overview

The original James Braid hole, one of the hardest par 3s in the country  from the White and Yellow' tees, but the easiest hole on the course from the Red, in theory.

Pro Tip

A very challenging drive from white and yellow tees. At times it makes sense from these tees to play the hole as a Par 4 and leave  a straightforward pitch, by laying up to the centre of the fairway away from trouble right and left. Similarly, from the red tee the middle of the fairway is the aim and there is a good birdie chance.
