Rugby Golf Club Corporate Membership
This is a new membership catergory and so have decided to limit it, initially, to 10 corporate members. We would like to know if your company would be interested.
The type of Corporate Membership applicable to you will depend upon the number of people you want to participate in this scheme. The offer is as follows,
1. Gold Standard - 20 or more participant…………. £4,000/annum – 600 Vouchers
2. Silver Standard – 10 to 19 participants …………. £2,000/annum – 270 Vouchers
3. Bronze Standard – Less than 10…………………. £1,000/annum – 125 Vouchers
All prices are excluding VAT.
TERMS
1. There must be a named signatory.
2. Transferable, signed and numbered vouchers as shown above must be presented at the Pro shop prior to a round starting. The contract will last for one year or when the vouchers expire, whichever is the shorter.
3. There must not be more than 8 players in any one day, unless prior approval is given by the Secretary.
4. All cards are transferable, but the signatory will remain responsible for the behavior of the recipient for all the time they are on the property of RGC.
5. The voucher holders will have the freedom of the course and clubhouse, including the weekend, although prior contact with the pro shop to check tee availability is essential.
6. A bar card will be issued if a minimum of £25 is put on it prior to use. This bar card will allow you, or the recipient, full use of the bar facilities at a 15% reduction on prices shown including food. Any balance remaining at the the If at the end of the year there is still money on the card then this will continue, if you wish to continue the corporate membership or the balance will be returned to you.
7. No existing Rugby Golf Club members are eligible for this corporate membership.
8. The ticket must not be sold to any third party.
9. Club dress code will be adhered to.
10. Membership may be withdrawn, without compensation, if the above terms are not strictly adhered to.
